Nepotism Is Everywhere

Nepotism, I think now all of you know quite well about it. How? So, everything around us whether it is a school or a temple or a college or whatever company or other, is affected with this particular issue. In my first article on nepotism, I have written about what is it and how it comes into play?

So whether it's completely wrong? Absolutely not. As it is not unfair everywhere. Okay! So I am taking an example of Sunil Gavaskar (right-arm medium Indian bowler) and his son, Rohan Gavaskar( left-handed Indian batsman).

Here is the father-son duo:

Yes! Sunil sir was a great bowler, on the other hand his son was a good batsman. So whether it's nepotism? No!. Rohan Gawaskar was talented that's why he got the opportunity to play for Indian team, not because his father was in the team.

okay! So here I am in listing the particular areas where both the good and bad sides of nepotism has been observed from years.

1. In Politics

2. In Bollywood

3. In Hollywood

4. In Religions

5. In organizations ( in various companies)

6. In institution ( schools and colleges),etc.

It is present everywhere, here I'm only highlighting those places that are extremely affected with this problem.

In politics

Okay! So if you think that, politics is not a place where we can see nepotism, you're wrong. I mean have you ever gone through the history of Congress party, just observe that properly, initiation of nepotism was brought by this party. Not only Congress, but also BJP, AIADMK, TMC, etc are also in the list.

In Bollywood

I literally didn't think that anyone is unfamiliar with this. With the word Kapoor family, the first thing that comes in our mind is nepotism. Like every area,there are also some good as well really bad product of nepotism in Bollywood too.

In Hollywood

If you think that Hollywood is not a place where nepotism exist, then let me inform you that it is also not untouchable from it. Like you might be unfamiliar with the Coppola family, who's head is director Francis ford Coppola, a great director of Hollywood.

In Religion

Yeah! Religions are also not untouchable of this favoritism. I mean it's a common thinking of peoples around us that except for our religion, every other religion is weird or bad.

In Institutions (in schools and college)

School and college is a place where a student learn all his life lessons, but nowadays this favoritism also exist there. Yup! Even in schools, nepotism exist. And at some extent it is affecting the mentality of those particular students who are one of the victim of the nepotism.
