Abuse is the improper usage or treatment of a thing, often to unfairly or improperly gain benefit. Abuse can come in many forms, such as: physical or verbal maltreatment, injury, assault, violation, rape, unjust practices, crimes, or other types of aggression. To these descriptions, one ca

We often hear these cases in our country, there is a lot to change when we talk about this cause. I believe it should be started from root, we should create a open environment so that people suffering from abuse can come out to talk about it. We need to be open and non judgemental towards problems, this will allow sufferers to talk without hesitation.

This silence can be stopped if we raise the voice. I feel if a single person raises the voice the silence of many will be stopped. And I'm happy to tell that I have become that one person in my area to raise the voice and it has resulted in breaking the silence of many.

I think the first step we can do to stop the silence is to show some courage to raise our voice because I believe it we have courage to stand against abuse then we definitely have the power and ability to bring a change and make other people realize that one individual can bring a change.

This is a really important question at these times when cases of domestic abuse are increasing be it emotional, verbal.physical or mental. We can start off with creating awareness and letting everyone know that abuse of any kind is not okay, majority of the people at receiving end of abuse don't even know what's happening to them is something wrong, they normalise it. We need to make them aware of their rights along with creating stringent laws and punishments so that the abusers step away from any kind of unkind activities we as a society also need to provide a safe space free of judgement in any manner towards the ones that speak out. I have volunteered with NGOs rehabilitating women going through abuse and I am willing to make change on a greater scale for the betterment of these lives through the voice given to me by this platform and the crown.

We all are aware about these type of cases so I believe that making a change should be started from scratch. We can make an open environment so that the people suffering can talk about it freely. And the people should be non judgmental towards these kind of problems.

I believe to stop violence be at home or outer world first step is to oppose it.we have to have courage to say STOP and break the chain of oppression. Additionally one needs to know their right and aware of the fact that no one is allowed to misbehave on the name of RELATIONSHIPS and LOG KYA KAHENGE notion. We need to win this inner war of fear first and come out as a courageous individual then approach law so that justice can be served.

For those who is suffering from abuse, First and foremost help that is needed for them is to make them come out from depression. We need to make them Understand, Accept and to let go the situation by being strong, confident and casual.

When the question is about stopping abuse,be it mental, physical or emotional ,there are lot many ways through which we can work on this issue together and one of those is educating our child about good touch and bad touch,to be open about these things to their closed ones and by training them about self defense. And on a larger scale we can organise some awareness programmes about the right to get justice and laws against these abuses or harassment which are coded there in our Indian Constitution for the protection of women in society,as most of them don't even know about these law and sometimes they are even forced to accept these abuses as normal be it in home or in working place we should raise our voice and support the victim without any judgement.

I believe it is very important to speak on sensitive issues. People fear judgement and hence dont come up with their views. But the moment the sufferers come with their stories open out loud, they will realise that they are not alone in this and would encourage others to come up with theirs as well. When we speak up we scare the criminals as when humanity comes together it scares the inhumanity.

The first and foremost step, would be to create a "safe space", a place where they can speak out without the fear of judgement or criticism.Once we have achieved this, then and only then we could stand with those who have been forced into silence, motivate them to speak and let them know that they were never alone in this and never will be.

Abuse, be it sexual, physical or verbal can have deep impact on an individual in a negative way leaving a scar on a person's mind at times forever Few steps we can take as individuals is by providing age appropriate sex education, learning self - defence but before that, we as a society need to stop victim shaming making a safe space for a victim to express rather than surpress. Breaking the silence is the need of the hour and our generation are privileged to be the pioneers to raise our voices and put an end to heinous crimes for our future generations to be able to breathe in a safe environment.

I think first of all everyone should feel free to talk openly with anyone mainly with family and family need to be supportive in the case. Most of the cases are hidden . One needs to raise voice to not only high authorities but public also.

We all talk about women empowerment but only some are there who actually practice it in real life. If a girl goes through any kind of abuse, her family ask her to stay quiet and let it go. ls it really important to stay quiet so that people in Surrounding dont make gossips regarding it. No it's not we have to break that silence and fight for the right.Let people say what they want to, you should focus on justice. The only way to stop the silence is to talk about it.

We all say that we live in 21st century and our thoughts are developing also. But when it comes to discussing on abuse, whether it be in any form, some people are there who always avoid it saying that one must adjust. But to solve this issue, first of all we need to spread the thought that abusing someone is wrong and if anyone is facing this, they must break the silence and should feel free to share their problem rather than hiding it and the family and friends should also support them. Giving proper education and healthy environment can lead to a healthy mind solving many crimes. Also, young generation should come together to spread awareness in our society regarding this issue..

Abuse is an attack on one's dignity. It's when one's dignity breaks that silence ensues. We need to educate and inculcate a strong sense of self-respect from childhood and spread awareness that reaches victims and makes them realise that they deserve much more, shouldn't be sorry for anything and that nobody is deserving of this treatment. We define our own dignity and nobody can take that away from us.

Well, the only way to stop Silence and help those who are suffering from abuse is by initiating a campaign encouraging women to speak up against the abuse they face and by making them realize that their lives are not meant to suffer from such abuse. As well as, such a campaign will help the women to heal from mental trauma by counseling as well as helping them to get justice for the same.

Everyone talk about women empowerment but it will not work unless and until we break the silence. And it will happen when every women will share her problems without being judged. We have to stop fear of being judged and it will happen when we will stop judging each other.

We can help those victims by first helping them overcome their trauma and pain by providing encouragement and support to them and last but not least help raise their voices through proper platforms such as the social media.
