Upcoming marvel's movie “ Black Widow”

Scarlett Johansson's first solo  “ Black Widow”  movie directed by Cate Shortland   was  scheduled to drop earlier in this year, but has  been delayed, to May 2021. The long-awaited solo film has already had been delayed due to coronavirus , moving from its original release date on May 1, but pushed back to November due to this pandemic.  

In this movie Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.

Scarlett Johansson has played the role since Iron Man 2, with her role of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow making the character one of the most iconic in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She's appeared in every Avengers movie and played a crucial role in both Captain America: Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War. After her shock death in Avengers: Endgame, many wondered how the character would return for the long-awaited solo movie, but  the Black Widow trailer revealed that the film would be a prequel, reportedly set just after Captain America: Civil War.
