This is a story about a person who teach people smile and laugh despite of being himself pysically and mental weak, but still who never gave up no matter how cruel any situation gets. These person name is schlitzie who suffers from microcephaly. The person who suffers from this condition are also known as pinhead or rat people. This happen during pregnancy due to genetical abnormality or during pregnancy when mother consumes liquor and this condition is incurable. In these condition the person suffers underdeveloped bones and organs and the increasement of their brain size decreases due to which the mental state remain as like a three year old child.

Schlitzie was born in New York on 10 September 1901 in a rich family where he and his sister Athila both suffers from microcephaly. Due to their appearance their parents feel ashamed and they sold both kids to circus to prevent themselves from public disgrace and insult.

In cirus everyone treated them with love and care. Schlitzie always dressed up like a girl during his performance and he always love by audience and win their heart by his performance and innocence. There was always a caretaker with him who always loook after him because due to his condition his sometimes get anxiety attack and got impatient. He gain popularity by working in the Hollywood movie Freak which is based on the life of the people of the circus and gain popularity and fame overnight after the release of the movie, but these movie was highly criticized by critics and haters. In 1936 the chimpanzee trainer of that circus adopted him and look after him until his last breath. After that his daughter refused to take care of him and send schlitzie to a mental hospital where he spend three years of his life until his old magician friend took responsibility to look after him. In 1971, he took his last breath and his corspe was buried in unknown and undescribed grave without any proper ritual.

Schlitzie was one of the best performer and comedian in history who spread happiness and smile on other face but he didn't get the appreciation which he deserves. He may be mentally and physically weak but he had a strong will and courageous heart to never give up and always move ahead in life. He may be got forgotten but still some of his fans beleives that he should be buried as a respected person and remember him as one the greatest performer.
