How to Unlock the Investigation
To start the "Turning the Page" investigation, head to the docks near Scurlock’s quarters in Sainte-Anne. Here, you’ll encounter two pirates who can be bribed for information, marked on your map by a purple rumor icon. After bribing them, they will inform you to Skull and Bones Items search The Low Tide Tavern in Sainte-Anne for leads on Jacques Sorrel.
Inside the tavern, look for a leaflet near the bar. This leaflet resembles a wanted poster and features a picture of Jacques Sorrel. Collecting this leaflet updates your Investigation journal with your first clue—a portrait of Sorrel.
The clue directs you to Sainte-Amelie, a settlement located off the coast of Ile Royale. To proceed, you'll need to cheap Skull and Bones Items sail there and engage in a series of challenges.
