  • Drink as a juice: Blend one cup of tulsi leaves and half a cup of water in a blender until a smooth paste is seen. Strain the smoothie through a strainer and drink.
  • Consume with honey, mint and lemon for a refreshing beverage: Soak a few tulsi leaves on the night before consumption. In the morning, add mint leaves, lemon juice and a few drops of honey to the water before drinking.

Ingredients: Tulsi leaves, water, too teaspoons of honey.

Process:

  • Add tulsi leaves to the water and boil till the water becomes coloured and flavoured. Let the water steep for about three minutes.
  • Strain the concoction.
  • Pour two teaspoons of honey into the tea and stir well.

Ingredients: tulsi tea bag amazon, water.

Recipe:

  • Put tulsi tea bag in a cup or tumbler.
  • Boil fresh water and pour it into the cup. Let the bag stay in the cup for two minutes.
  • Gently remove the bag and allow the drops to drip. Drink!

Tulsi tea recipe with tulsi tea powder:

Ingredients: tulsi tea powder, water, honey.

Process:

  • Boil water in medium flame and for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the vessel containing water from the flame and add the powder (2 teaspoons) and stir well.
  • Serve hot after mixing honey.
