Eating healthy breakfast leads to good health include better memory, concentration, lower levels of diabetes, blood pressure and being overweight.
When we wake up, our blood sugar which is required to make our muscles and brain work their best is usually low. So breakfast helps replenish it.
It is important that children eat breakfast which is healthy. Sometimes they don't feel like eating breakfast but their growing bodies need the nutrients and fuels.
Children who don't eat breakfast have a harder time focusing and they become more tired in the school. Not only their moods that suffer but their schoolwork also suffer.
