Since coconut oil is in a semisolid state at room temperature, it can also be used as a balm for the lips, this is an excellent remedy for chapped lips. The downside may be that it may clog pores.
  • Cold Water : Yes, something as simple as cold water can help enhance your beauty and up your skin game to the next level. Regularly washing your face with cold water helps to slow down the  process of aging and helps to avoid wrinkles on your face. Cold water helps to tighten and protect the pores that gets opened up when the skin is exposed to the sun's harmful rays and thus helps to prevent the skin from sun damage. It also helps to improve circulation and wakes you up. Cold water closes your pores and reduces puffiness and also soothes your eyes. Cold water also acts as a great skin toner.
  • Oatmeal : Oatmeal helps to reduce skin-irritation and inflammation. It is also used for getting rid of acne as it soothes the skin. Oatmeal helps to reduce clogged pores and also exfoliates the skin. Oatmeal also aides acne treatment. For an oatmeal bath, sprinkle your bath water with some baking soda and uncooked oatmeal. Soak in the bath water for about 15 minutes or so and then pat yourself dry and apply some moisturizer while your skin is damp.
