Behind the castle is a ladder that leads underground. Proceed and there are 3 paths. Take the path at the middle and you're going to find a large open area with RS gold a whole lot of level 250 demons. Kill one of them and it will drop its head. Use the head with a few cloth (you want 10) and then cover it with a needle and cord. Get a staff from Zaff or a different participant and use it together with the head to turn it into a head on a pole.

Being it to Willus and the creature will be finished. Of course such creature's don't just come to existence. Willus will give you a letter to bring to Merlin requesting that he will help to bring the creature to life. Merlin does not want to support the monster, therefore bribe him with 50gp. He gives you some Magical Essence and tells you that it can be smithed to a heart. Use it with an anvil to get a Magical Heart. (gives 500 Smithing experience)

Bring the heart to Willus to complete the monster. Now a cutscene will play along with the monster will crack down a castle wall and dive to the ocean where you can't access to it. Yet. Talk to Willus and he will inform you about a magic armor known as"Merma Armor" which allows you to breathe underwater.

The material to make it is a rare ore that can only be found submerged. Get your swimming gear and also have Murphy bring you submerged. Close to the crabs is a crack in the stone which you can go via (50 Agility demanded ) for an underwater mine that has the ore that you want. Mine about 25 of these and then head back to Willus. He gives you a Magical Chisel. Melt the ore in a furnace and then use the Magical Chisel on the ore to create pieces of it. You need 60 Defence to utilize it.

Speak to Willus and tell him that you've got the armor and he'll give you a special publication. Equip the armor and then leap into the water in which the creature went. Now you're underwater and the creature is right before you. He's level 200 and uses melee attacks and an occasional magic attack.

He can hit at the 40's but these hits are rare, and a frequent hit is around 10 or even 15. It's possible to use lobsters however swordfish are best here. Be sure to bring Prayer Potions, as well. Once you have him 10 hitpoints use the publication that Willus gave you to cast a spell which will finish him off. Once he's defeated he will drop Magical Bones. Take these to Willus to demonstrate that you defeated the monster. Now talk to King Vargas and choose to inform him what happened. Fortunately Willus has already told him everything. Congratulations, pursuit complete.

I really need something like a free for all stadium as a safe minigame. It could be quite fun and great XP. The region would be on the size of the fist of cheap OSRS gold guthix stadium with a great deal of challenges, ranging towers. . .etc. Like the FoG, arrows will be returned once you die. It will NOT supply runes, but it will return about 60 percent of the runes you've used.
