Talking about effect of nepotism in religion.

Nepotism In Religions..

"Nepotism is everywhere and ignoring it won't let you live in peace..."

         - unknown

Today, person from every religion, is trying to prove  their religion superior over another religion. I just want to ask these peoples, that whether the religion makes you or you have made the religion? I think "Humanity doesn't have any religion." So what's the point on arguing over  someone's religion and  what's the point in proving someone else's religion inferior?  Favoritism, favoritism and favoritism.

Your religion is your favorite, that's okay. But if someone is not agree with your point of view, then what is the need of forcing them to make beliefs on what you are saying..?

This seems cool to few people in making someone feel inferior, who is from another religion. But it does not make you cool, rather it will prove that you are a fool. You have different thought and another person have different.

Okay, so let us see two stories. Recently, Mr. Sharma have established a  primary school. So when the procedure for selection of teachers began, the very first qualification in his thought was that, he/she must be of Hindu religion. Again Nepotism.

Similarly, the CEO of a new college is Mr. Khan. Now,he wants that whole faculty must be from Muslim community. Again Nepotism and favoritism.

Education doesn't have any religion, then what's the sense in selecting Muslim or Hindu or Christian teachers or professors..? Their only duty is to teach. That's it.

Similarly, whenever there is an accident or any serious health problems, we didn't ask the doctor that what is his/her religion? But while selecting a cook, we does. Why? If in first case, the religion of the person doesn't matter, then why the hell in the second case..?

Likewise, god is god, whether it's name is Bhagwan or Ishu or Allah. But if you are a Hindu, you always support a Hindu, if you are Muslim, then you will support a Muslim and if you are a Sikh, you will support a Sikh. What is this? Nepotism. People always forget that they are humans first, and then Hindu or Sikh or whatever.

In the name of unity, people are playing the card of nepotism and favoritism everywhere. They never try to understand the prospective of another religion. They just trying to impose one religion over another. Every religion is ideal in it's own way.

Religion doesn't only affects the social status of a person, but it also matter in field of work and study. Recently, I was having conversation with my cousin, who is studying in a Christian school. So there are a lot of students from Christ community. She use to tell me that their teacher treat her and her friend in different way. Why? Because her friend is a Christian and the teacher is also Christian. So in the name of fondness, this game of nepotism is increasing day by day. Try to be away from these hollow things and beliefs.
