As we know that technology changes rapidly day –by-day which there is also changes in way of communication to communicate each one another .In which there are two types of communication i.e audio and video conferencing. As we know that our country is suffering from pandemic COVID-19 ,during this time audio and video conferencing play most important part in our life. It help most in education field because by using video conferencing it is easy to make communication between students and teachers. By which there is no loss of study of students .

Video conferencing widely used by companies to interact with their employees and clients within the country and overseas. As we know that due to this pandemic all companies allowed to their employees for work from home.

To rectify the issue, skilled technical people are required. This may delay the work and add to the maintenance cost of the company.
- Leads to misjudgements :A meeting or an interview via video conferencing can sometimes lead to wrong decisions and selections, as many a time it becomes difficult to access the gestures and personality of a person through this virtual medium.
